• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your User Name and Password and to notify CSC in the event your User Name and Password are lost or stolen or you become aware of an unauthorized use or transfer of your User Name and Password. The Company will not be financially responsible for any costs or damages to you caused by the loss theft or the unauthorized use or transfer of your User Name and Password unless such loss theft or unauthorized use is directly and proximately caused by our negligence bad faith or wilful misconduct.

• You agree to review any statement confirmation report or other document we may send to you relating to your equity awards and/or stock information within ten calendar days of receipt and to notify us within that ten day period whether such document[s] is incorrect or incomplete. Your failure to notify CSC or the Company within such ten day period will result in a waiver by you to assert any claim against us based on such document[s].

• You agree and acknowledge that the majority if not all of the notices related to your participation as an equity participant and/or ownership of the Company's Stock will be made by the Company via email. You agree to maintain a current email address with CSC and any change in the email address must be communicated to CSC .

• You agree to receive all notices given by the Company under any provision of the appropriate laws, Certificate of Incorporation or Bylaws or related to your participation in the equity and/or stock programs of the Company via email, including but not limited to, the following electronic notices as applicable: exercise/RSU confirmations, stock redemptions, notice of issuance of shares, stock transfers, proxy voting.

• You agree to indemnify and hold CSC and the Company harmless for any tax penalties interest claims expenses (including legal fees) or any other costs or losses that you may incur caused by or related to the use of or reliance upon in any manner information or statements contained or reflected on this Site.

• You agree to indemnify and hold CSC and the Company harmless for any claims losses or expenses (including legal fees) it incurs as a result of your failure to comply with these terms and conditions or for any unauthorized use of this Site. You also agree that under no circumstances will CSC or the Company be responsible for consequential incidental special or punitive damages (even if such damages could reasonably be foreseen) or for any loss caused by events not within our control. CSC has taken reasonable steps to provide a secure environment for your personal information on the Site. However, given the fact that the Internet is a public network not controlled by either CSC or the Company, CSC cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of such information.

• CSC has taken all reasonable steps to provide a secure environment for your personal information and to protect the information from loss misuse and unauthorized access disclosure alteration and destruction on the Site. However, CSC are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of messages sent or received by e-mail over the internet as it is a public network.
